ABOUT EVENT

Turkey’s call center industry has employed 85 thousand people in 2017 while the industry’s Market size has reached 4.45 billion TRY.
IMI Conferences which is the only organization with the authority to arrange Call Center Expo in Turkey has been arranging the most significant organizations for the industry since 2005. Now, IMI Conferences is getting ready to hold 13th Turkey Contact Center Conference and Expo.

The conference and expo bringing the most prominent organizations of the industry together will be held between October 19 and 20 continues to be an important communication platform for new partners.

The main theme of this year is “5N 1G” deals with all “Ns” of the call centers with the questions “Ne? (What), Neden? (Why), Nasıl? (How), Nerede? (Where) and Ne Zaman? (When)”I Security (Guvenlik) shall be at the center of this theme. Building security, data security, occupational safety, fraud, turnover, sectoral differences, digital marketing and more shall be included in the subjects of the agenda of the conference.
