The first and only award organization of the call center sector, Turkey Call Center Awards once again brings together the bests of the sector under the same roof.

This award ceremony has become an important symbol of prestige for winning firms and since its first year, 153 firms of various sizes serving in different sectors have been hosted in this event. Out of these firms, 49 have achieved to take their places among the best firms. Having hosted 153 firms of various sizes from different sectors from its first year on, the award ceremony will present celebrations where a total of 10 awards will be granted in 3 main categories this year.
