IMI Training Indoor Games
IMI Training - Northgate Activities are based on participate learning. We aim to promote key management skills through effective communication and teamwork between delegates. Self -learning is high on the agenda. We simulate real - life situations that delegates have to deal with. Working in teams participants have to work together to achieve the objective and in doing so they practise the chosen skills that might be managing time, project management, handling change, appraisal or whatever.

Why are the Games so Effective
Research has shown that we remember 10% of what we hear, 30% of what we read but a massive 90% of what we do. Our activities work by putting key skills into practice in a safe environment from which delegates can immediately apply the skills to their own work roles. The products are active, participative and memorable.
